Partnership Erie is a non profit orginization Headed by Dr kathleen Noce, at Penn State Erie. Founded in 2001, PartnershipErie was established to provide nonprofit organizations in Pennsylvania an opportunity to establish a presence in cyberspace, and to allow students to gain real work experience in a real world environment. Throughtout this site you can read about our founder, the student interns that work for the orginization and some of the projects completed, and currenty in progress.
