EHCA Welcomes New CFO William F. Harriger

William F. Harriger began at Erie Homes for Children and Adults, Inc. (EHCA) in February 2010 as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).  Harriger has a bachelor degree in accounting and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Gannon University.  His previous employment associations include: Regional Cancer Center, Great Lakes Rehabilitation Hospital, and Rouse County Home in Warren, PA.  Harriger was most recently the CEO Administrator of Winter Park Urology Associates in Orlando, FL, before coming to EHCA.

EHCA is a non-profit agency serving 275 people and their families every day through 9 programs, in Erie, Crawford, Venango, and Potter Counties.  Its mission is to assist people with disabilities to live rich and fulfilling lives.

Harriger’s new duties include overseeing the agency’s accounting processes, including financial analysis, fund management, investments, and compliance reporting.  

“We are thrilled to welcome Bill to our team,” says Paul Carpenedo, executive director.  “He brings years of financial experience in health care and related fields that will be a great benefit to EHCA.”

Harriger, a published writer and avid Steelers Fan, is married, has two daughters and lives in Erie.
